Different roles and tasks such as Enquiry management and general application administrations are organized by user profiles. One user can have more than one profile meaning that one person can take chatge of varios tasks.
The Team manager's functions are to distribute new Enquiries between the other members of the Observatory. more info
The Team member is the profile in charge of managing the Enquiries assigned by the Team manager. more info
The Page editor maintains the web content of the general information site pages (home page and other pages that provide information about the Observatory) more info
The Admin, or administrator, is the profile in charge of various management tasks ranging from importing budgetary data to defining global parameters or different user profiles. Administrative tasks are indexed on the administrator's profile page.
